Q: Can I track my package?
A: Yes, all packages come with a tracking number. You will be notified through email about when your package sends.
*This doesn't apply to smaller envelopes because they use stamps.
Q: How long will it take to recieve my package
A: Domestic packages take about a week to arrive from the day you recieve an email and tracking number. International orders can take about 1-2 months. Feel free to email me if you think your package has been lost in the mail.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Currently, yes- however, keep in mind that the fees are incredibly high and out of my control.
Q: If I pre-ordered an item alongside something in stock, will I recieve two packages?
A: No, you will recieve one package as soon as all preordered items arrive and I'm able to ship your order. Charms take the longest to arrive, about a month after the preorder period ends.
Q: Are you shipping to the UK?
A: Yes, however all customers are responsible for paying the VAT tax upon recieving their package.
Q: My package got lost in transit, can you mail me a replacement?
A: Yes I can, but since lost packages are out of my control, you would be responsible for paying shipping again.
